When a Progressive customer or claimant is involved in an accident, they’re able to drop off their damaged car at one of our 60 Progressive Service Centers nationwide where the claim will be managed from start to finish.

The Service Center team wanted to speak to our consumers in an entirely fresh and unique way and infuse our brand throughout the space. Enter ninety6, which offered interior design support, and created a new look and feel, which included a new tagline, brochures, signage and other collaterals to create a cohesive experience.
